Michel is a French architect who has worked for around 30 years in the Leisure industry: Walt Disney Imagineering, Parc Astérix /Grévin & Cie/Cie des Alpes, and currently Creative & Innovation Director for the French leisure and real estate group, Pierre & Vacances / Center Parcs. This has taken him into a very specific approach of “the guest experience”… staging it based on storytelling; he is very intrusive in coaching designers with this in mind. But also constantly revitalized by benchmarking everything he can, to keep the concepts as attractive as possible, as innovative as they should be so the designs can stay front runners.
