Karen has worked for Oncor Electric Delivery 21 years, 16 of those as the Joint Use Manager, supporting 2.3M poles, 14 ILEC pole owners and 223 Licensees. With a Degree in Electrical Engineering from Texas Tech University, she has worked at the Distribution Operations Dispatch Center, in Distribution Design, then to Project Management supporting feeder maintenance and other special projects. In 2004, she became the Manager for the newly created Joint Use Management organization. Karen is currently responsible for the Joint Use program, regulatory and legal matters, as well as Oncor's outsourced pole attachment permitting process. She has three team members who manage agreements and rental processes, power space design and construction processes, as well as the Small Cell and NJUNS programs.
