Rick Locker is a principal partner in the law firm of Locker Greenberg & Brainin, LLP. He is a member of various local, state and national bar associations. He is admitted to the Bar of the State of New York and various Federal courts throughout the country. He is also Co-Chair of the National Association of Manufacturers CPSC Coalition and acted on the Advisory Committee to the Harvard University Center for Risk Analysis. He has acted as counsel for many corporations in matters before independent federal regulatory agencies and in connection with the negotiation of numerous consumer product recalls.
