Megan serves as Corporate Vice President of Marketing for The New Home Company. She is responsible for integrated marketing campaigns and brand management standards across all divisions in Southern California, Northern California and Arizona. Her role includes multi-medium communication programs across social media platforms, interactive outlets, traditional advertising and editorial relations, as well as budget management and daily interaction with all design and marketing consultancies. Megan has more than 15 years of experience in the real estate and homebuilding industry. She began her career in 2003 working on Peter Ueberroth’s California gubernatorial campaign and then continued at Ueberroth’s Contrarian Group, a venture capital firm with real estate interests. After two years, Megan joined John Laing Homes, first in Operations, then as a Special Projects and People Liaison. While with John Laing Homes, Megan project managed a 22,000-square-foot penthouse in Burj Dubai, completed event and meeting plans at numerous venues worldwide, and supported an executive team that produced more than $1 billion in revenue. Megan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science & Sociology from Fordham University as well as a master’s degree from Pepperdine University. She has many active affiliations and certifications including LCDM (Light Construction Development and Management) and MRBC (Marketing for the Residential Builder) certificates from UC Irvine. She currently serves on the board of BIAOC, is a past co-chair of the BIA’s NextGen and a past president of the Greater Sales & Marketing Council (GSMC) in Orange County. She formerly sat on the board and executive committee of HomeAid Orange County. Megan has received several prestigious industry awards, including Southern California Marketing Director of the Year, and was recently recognized by Professional Builder magazine on its annual “40 Under 40” list. Megan lives in Irvine with her husband and two young children.
