Andi Goldman is the Managing Member of the Equitas Partners Fund, which invests in early-stage cannabis companies in the US and Canada. Andi’s been involved in the cannabis industry since 2014 as an investor, advisor and financial executive, including as the founding CFO & Head of Corporate Finance for FLRish, the management company for the renowned Harborside dispensaries and grow operations. Andi’s been integral as a principal or advisor in raising capital and negotiating financings for both cannabis and hemp companies. Andi has managed more than $2Bn in institutional investments to date and has been underwriting investments for almost 30 years. Prior to cannabis, Andi was a corporate and securities lawyer, investment banker, senior portfolio manager and senior underwriter, including in private equity at GE Capital and healthcare banking at RBS Citizens. Andi is a frequent speaker, investment shark, and mentor in the cannabis industry. She holds an MBA from Yale University, a JD from Duke University and a BS in Business Administration from SUNY Albany (graduating magna cum laude). She is also a Chartered Financial Analyst®.
