Mark R. Fletcher, EMT-P is a 23 year veteran of the Baltimore City Fire Department. He is currently the Deputy Chief of EMS where he oversees a system that has over 130,000 incidents annually. Chief Fletcher was previously the Deputy Chief of IT, where he oversaw a Department-wide tech refresh, a move to a new EMS billing vendor, and the early stages of the City’s conversion to Command CAD.
