With over 25 years of experience in architectural design, project management, and community planning, Bobby has an extensive history of regional and national projects. He has experience with all phases of community development from initial land acquisition and zoning through construction closeout and owner occupation requirements. Among all of his projects, sustainability and the incorporation of public input throughout the developmental process have been paramount. Bobby has designed various building types ranging in complexity from single family homes to high-rise mixed-use hotels; ranging in size from 400SF micro units to new 1,000,000SF retail centers. Bobby’s passion and commitment to affordable housing reflects KEPHART’s mission of “EVERYONE deserves a well-designed place to live.”
