Denise has been involved in the planning and design field for the development industry for over 40 years. Her schooling as a geographer set the stage for her broad perspective of large-scale land planning, understanding of diverse intricacies in designing, and entitling quality neighborhoods and communities. Her well-rounded knowledge of the development process from project inception, design through entitlement and completion, expertise in site specific design, written, verbal and graphic presentations, and client relations has been an advantage for WHA and its clients. As one of two managing Senior Principals of the Community Design Studio, Denise’s enthusiasm and passion for the profession is inspiring.
