A licensed architect, Ms. Harvey leads Stantec’s Commercial Sector in the Denver, CO office, leading multi-discipline teams on projects across the country. With over 25 years in the industry, she has a passion for placemaking and creating welcoming environments for people to live their best lives. Believing it’s all connected, she skillfully applies multiple market expertise to advise and guide her Clients, resulting in design “soul”lutions that are integrated, intentional, and community focused. Her areas of expertise include residential housing, urban multi-family, mixed-use transit-oriented communities, historic and adaptive re-use, workplace environments, and resort properties. Ms. Harvey currently serves on the Board of Directors for Rocky Mountain Communities, the Executive Committee for ULI Colorado, and on ULI’s Transit-Oriented Development Product Council Leadership.
