Gina Pimm is VP of Client Services in the Southwest Region for Pinnacle. Pinnacle is one of the largest multifamily management companies in the USA with a portfolio of over 165,000 units and 4,100 team members. Mrs. Pimm joined Pinnacle in 2001 as an Investment Manager specializing in Privatization of Military Family Housing. For over a decade she participated in creating the Community Development Plans for over 20,000 units in the western states. The Initial Development Period, IDP, was focused on redeveloping communities through demolition of existing housing and the master planning of newly constructed neighborhoods with the objective of creating connective communities. During her tenure in Military Housing, she obtained her designation as a Certified Defense Privatization Manager, CDPM. In 2012 Mrs. Pimm returned to the multifamily division of Pinnacle with a focus on new construction and lease ups. Since then, she has participated in the design review process, construction, lease up, stabilization, and disposition of over 10,000 units in the western region. She is intimately involved with all aspects of acquisitions, dispositions, and operations of over 30,000 units within the Southwest Region. Her role is highly advisory in working with both developers and institutional clients to support the underwriting and business planning processes while catering to various investment strategies. She is an active member of IREM as a Certified Property Manager, CPM, and she holds both a Real Estate and Property Management License in the state of Nevada. She attended Sacramento State University with a major in Business Administration. She is an active member of the NAA and serves as a board member for Silver State Housing. Her diverse experience includes tax credit, high-rise, midrise, value-add, senior housing, and all class types of multifamily housing. She speaks on various panels for NAA and MFE, including the annual Market Trends Symposium.
