Originally from the Hudson Valley, Stephanie grew up surrounded by skilled artisans in upstate New York. With a family of engineers and builders, she learned about materiality and how to construct furniture at a young age. She studied at the New York School of Interior Design (NYSID) and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design. She currently serves on the thesis panel at NYSID, and mentors students studying interior design. Prior to joining award-winning New York City-based design firm Pembrooke & Ives in 2014, Stephanie worked with industry greats such as Laura Bohn, Juan Pablo Molyneux, Victoria Hagan and S Russell Groves. As a Design Director she leads a team of five, with projects across Manhattan, the Hamptons and Palm Beach -- many of which boast stunning outdoor spaces that seamlessly connect to their gorgeous interiors. Her impeccable eye for design and detail often takes form in custom rugs, fabrics and embroidery, as well as her true forte from her upbringing -- furniture.
