When Deborah decided to leave her 23+ year career with Del Webb and the Pulte Group, she created a consultancy celebrating the longest, most unencumbered, and exciting part of life. The Latin phrase "Nosce Te Ipsum" - Know Thyself - inspired the name of The Ipsum Group celebrating the self-actualized consumers she has worked with for nearly 30 years. The Ipsum Group advises developers, public, and private home builders on creating and delivering modern, 50+ real estate solutions with a focus on marketing, development, and operations for profitable success. Deborah is currently serving as a 2019 Trustee on the NAHB’s 50+ Housing Industry Council and is Vice Chair of the National Silver flight, Community Development Council, Urban Land Institute.
