Dr. Courbis has over 20 years of experience working in marine environments, specializing in scientific research, management, and regulatory documentation and permits. Much of her recent work has focused on offshore wind, including leading the marine mammal and sea turtle study for the New York State Research and Development Authority offshore wind master plan.
