Gerard Badorrek is the former Chief Financial Officer and Performance Improvement Officer of the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA)/.Prior to joining GSA, he spent 25 years in the private sector with technology and service companies and served in COO and CFO positions. Mr Badorrek completed a broad transformation of the GSA CFO Office and was the leader of the federal government CAP Goal to shift from low to high value work through cross agency collaboration, workload reduction initiatives and automation. He was the executive sponsor of the government-wide RPA Community of Practice. He has an MBA degree from the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University, a Master’s degree in economics from Case Western Reserve University and Bachelor's degree in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University.
