Lisa Thompson




Lisa is an avid outdoors woman and prides herself on being a lady. She grew up in the Big Sky state of Montana, where she says “you’re raised with a fishing rod in one hand and a shot gun in the other.” Lisa moved to Colorado in 1981 and attended Golden High School. She then attended the University of Wyoming, where she had earned a full-ride Division 1 scholarship in basketball. Lisa was the starting point guard for all four years and to this day still holds seven number 1 records. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and taught for a handful of years. Currently, Lisa is on the ProStaff with Cabela’s/BassPro, Mossy Oak, Feradyne Outdoors, Native by Carlton, PSE Archery and is the VP of Marketing/Sales for HuntData LLC. She is a mentor for the Non-Profit Organization called Step-Up Step-Out Colorado Outdoors. Lisa takes the novice first time hunter out into the field to experience the next step to hunting. She volunteers for various organizations, teaches seminars promoting and empowering hunters to “Find their Wild”. One of Lisa’s greatest passions is chasing big game animals with her bow, muzzleloader or rifle. She has been blessed with harvesting eleven 6x6 bull elk in the last 16 years on DIY public lands. Lisa resides in Littleton, CO with her husband, Keith, 17 year old twin daughters, Kassidi & Kelli, Labrador retrievers, Bella and Danner.
