Jenn joined the Office of Academic Support for Athletics at Villanova University in 2008 and has served as Assistant Director and then Associate Director before being promoted to Director in 2016. In her role, Jenn leads and oversees all aspects of the Office of Academic Support for Athletics to provide supplemental academic support for all varsity student-athletes in a manner that address their unique academic needs. During her time at Villanova Jenn has been instrumental in increasing the services offered to student-athletes and continuing the tradition of academic excellence. Jenn is extremely involved at Villanova and participates on several university committees, including but not limited to, the University Retention Committee, Athletic Advisory Committee, and Athletic Title IX Committee. She is an instructor at Villanova for Leadership Learning Communities, Inter-Group Relations and College of Liberal Arts and Sciences Professional Development courses. Professionally, she is a member of the National Association of Academic and Student-Athlete Development Professionals (N4A), Women Leaders in College Sports (WLCS), National Academic Advising Association (NACADA) and she is actively involved with the NCAA and Big East Conference. A graduate of Lebanon Valley College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology, Jenn went on to earn her Master of Education Degree in Sport and Recreation Administration from Temple University. While at Temple, Jenn interned at Saint Joseph's University with the Office of Academic Support for Student-Athletes. She also completed an internship with the United States Olympic Committee in Colorado Springs where she worked with Athlete Services and the Operations Department. After graduating from Temple, Jenn worked as the Academic Coordinator for the Office of Academic Affairs for Varsity Athletics at Loyola College in Maryland before coming to Villanova.
