John Toone is a radio system design and performance optimization engineer at S&C Electric Company. John has over 30 years’ experience designing and optimizing wireless data networks for cellular, public safety, wireless Internet access, and electric power distribution automation applications. John received his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and his Master’s Degree in Computer Science from DePaul University. John holds three US patents in the area of radio system design and performance optimization.
