Seldric Blocker is a talent acquisition Executive Director with a tenured history of working in the financial services and entertainment industries. Extremely skilled in developing competitive and innovative Diversity Recruitment, Campus & University Recruitment Programs, Team Management and Leadership, Seldric spent the last four years as the Director of Talent Acquisition at NBCUniversal. In 2017, Constellation Research awarded Seldric with their SuperNova award for "Future of Work - Human Capital Management" based on his diversity recruitment achievements at NBCUniversal which included a 35% increase in POC diversity and a 22% increase in women. Seldric is a graduate of Clemson University and holds a masters of human resource management from Cornell University.
