His background includes an MBA education with a focus on data analytics and more than 8 years of human resources, project management, operations, process improvement, and automation experience. During his time within talent acquisition at Good Samaritan Society, Michael has focused on improving the candidate experience which has resulted in a nearly 10 percent increase in the number of applicants and more than 20,000 employees hired.
