Kristy Schultz, MS, CIE has been in the Safety and Health field for over 23 years working between Cal/OSHA and State Compensation Insurance Fund. Sixteen of those years have been dedicated to Ergonomics. She has an M.S. in Human Factors/Ergonomics from San Jose State University.
