Sherri Silva has been an RN for 23 years and started her career filling her tool box in preparation for the field of her choice, Occupational Health and Wellness. By modeling and supporting the premise of “Safety First”, she interacts directly with the workforce to assist with their health and wellness both occupational and non-occupational issues. Her focus is assisting workers to find balance between personal health, working health, and a safe work environment to attain the best employee outcomes. By supporting the holistic person her team shows the value of the workforce through education, awareness, and personal accountability.
