Joel is an associate professor at the University of Windsor. Joel’s research program receives industry funding, as well as financial support from provincial and federal sources. His work focuses on injury prevention within the workplace, and includes collaboration with Ford, General Motors, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, Lear Corporation and Stryker Medical.
