Kristin Amlie manages the Ergonomics and Human Factors Program at UCSF. Since working as an ergonomist in Norway, one of her specialties includes creating design, furniture and equipment requirements that meet user needs. She has 20 years of experience in ergonomics, with 15 years at UCSF, where she also managed ergonomics at UCSF Health and consulted with outside agencies on behalf of UC Berkeley/UCSF. She is a member of IISE and HFES.
