Diana Glattly is a human-centered designer and technology enthusiast. She is part of a new and growing team at Herman Miller that pushes for digital transformation. Diana has a degree in Design & Environmental Analysis with a focus in Human Factors & Ergonomics from Cornell University. She began her career with Herman Miller as a Human Factors & Ergonomics specialist, helping clients create healthy workplaces. After four years of striving to mitigate the pain and injury caused by computer work, Diana became interested in technology’s impact on our lives. She pivoted to the Digital Innovation team at Herman Miller where she explores emerging technologies such as mixed reality, artificial intelligence and internet of things to develop cutting-edge programs that improve operational efficiency and enrich the client experience. Using her background in human factors, Diana advocates for human-centered solutions and excellent user experiences. She celebrated her five year anniversary with Herman Miller in July.
