Mr. Bakkum has 12 years of experience developing test plans, providing engineering technical support and project management of all phases of a project on government and commercial projects. Recent work includes project management of all new track infrastructure being built at MxV's new facility in Pueblo. He has technical experience in the following areas: • Track construction and maintenance • Special trackwork • Railway operations • Roadway worker protection for freight and transit environments • Scanning, modelling, and analysis utilizing point cloud data He has a BS degree in Construction Engineering from Iowa State University and is a licensed professional engineer in the state of Colorado.
