Ms. Simpson is Vice President of Field Claims Operations of PMA Companies’ Third Party Administrators (TPA), PMA Management Corp. and PMA Management Corp. of New England. Most recently, Ms. Simpson was Assistant Vice President of Operations, Sedgwick Claims Management Services, where she managed operations and performance for claims teams nationwide. She has been in the claims field over ten years, holding positions of increasing responsibility. Ms. Simpson has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Penn State University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Temple University’s Fox School of Business.
