Dr. Tyler Arvig is a licensed psychologist and Clinical Director of Business Development at R3 Continuum, with over a decade of experience in the behavioral health workplace absence, disability, and worker’s compensation arenas. He is passionate about educating people on work as a health behavior. Dr. Arvig has extensive experience conducting disability evaluations and consulting with insurers and employers on workplace absence, effective return to work strategies, and managing complex claims. He regularly presents to organizations on work absence topics and clinical issues in the workplace, including training claims specialists as well as medical and behavioral health professionals. He has authored several written works, including a 2019 published peer-reviewed journal article on how employee assistance clinicians can help achieve a successful return to work.
