Mr. Marchese has experience working with large self-insured and deductible employers. He also has a high level of experience in the Professional Employer Organization (PEO) and employee leasing market. He has worked with several clients on matters such as SIU and fraud litigation, as well as subrogation lien and equitable distribution litigation. Mr. Marchese helps his clients by maintaining meaningful communication and providing a transparency in his efforts to achieve a positive outcome. He understands the importance of constant communication and works to return all phone calls and e-mails within 24 hours. Mr. Marchese works closely with his clients and provides cost-effective and valuable legal advice and representation. Prior to joining Chartwell, Mr. Marchese was a partner at a prominent law firm in Tallahassee, where he represented employers, carriers, uninsured defendants and third party administrators in workers’ compensation matters.Mr. Marchese has conducted, presented and published numerous CEU courses.
