Kim Pfingstag is the Manager of Occupational Health and Occupational Care and Recovery for International Paper. She has 20 years of experience in the fields of Workers Compensation and Disability Management, Return to Work and Job Accommodations, Clinical Management, Managed Care and Not-for-Profit Vocational Rehabilitation. In 2017, Kim was the recipient of the Decision Health Case in Point Award for Innovative Leadership in Case Management. She is an Associate in Risk Management and a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor. She obtained her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Florida and her graduate degree in Community Health and Rehabilitation from the University of Illinois. Kim currently resides in Memphis, TN.
