Chapter Affiliation: Northern California Chapter Mr. Kevin M. Fleming serves as Chief Executive Officer of Loyale Healthcare, LLC. Mr. Fleming has over 25 years of extensive healthcare and financial services experience. He served as the President at Paradigm Management Services, LLC. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Paradigm Management Services, LLC until October 20, 2009. He served as an Executive with Electronic Data Systems. He was a Partner at Ernst & Young and also served at some of the largest Healthcare, banking and insurance companies in the US. He was a Director of Paradigm Management Services, LLC. He served on the Bay Area Council board of directors and is a Member of the Financial Executives Institute. He holds a BS degree in both Accounting and Finance with honors from Oregon State University. Mr. Fleming is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and Member of both the AICPA and California State Society of CPA's.
