John Humphries has served as a district leader for over 25 years. At DPI, he was the lead technical consultant for the settlement of a federal lawsuit involving urban school improvement. As a Superintendent, John led the completion of a major referendum project, even with a low revenue cap. He now serves as Executive Director of the Wisconsin Association for Equity in Funding.
