Conrad was the Resident Engineer for the Rail Systems contracts for three of the Sound Transit extensions in Seattle. Prior to this, Conrad worked for Owners, Contractors and consultancies on rail projects in the UK, Asia and the US. Conrad's main technical specialization is in Systems Engineering.
