For the last 8 years he has served as senior level administer at Division 1, Division 2, and Division 3 National Junior College Athletic Association institutions. While at his most recent stop, NJCAA D1 Richard Bland College of William & Mary, he managed the department’s annual operating budget, dealt with sport oversight of Women’s Volleyball (2018 Region X Champions), men’s & women’s golf (three participants in National Tournament in 2017 & 2018), and Softball (2017 & 2018 Region X Runner Up). He oversaw compliance for all student athletes in addition to coordinated competition travel for six intercollegiate programs. He negotiated an Under Armour Contract to include promotional dollars and coaches winning incentives. Along with terms for men’s basketball live stream, video software and Fox Sports radio contract. As the Director of Athletics at Lincoln College of New England he created the college’s first athletics booster club, acquired Adidas sponsorship and ran compliance for all student athletes. His two biggest achievements were instituting a structured department student-athlete study hall that saw an overall gpa increase of 1.00 over the first year of implementation and collaborated with the Boys and Girls Club for facility usage that lowered external cost for indoor practice/game facilities (college did not have a gym) and a created an annual college scholarship to LCNE.
