Dr. Colleen Callahan is the Director of Professional Issues for the Rhode Island Federation of Teachers and Health Professionals, AFT. She is the longest serving member of the Rhode Island Board of Education. Dr. Callahan's voice is an integral part of educational discussions at the local, state, and national level. She has been a trainer for many of the American Federation of Teacher's Professional Learning courses and has been a member of many design teams to develop AFT courses.
