Loay’s wireless engineering career goes back over 20 years when he earned his Masters of Computer Science. Loay contributed to a company that brought Wi-Fi connectivity to tens of thousands of hotel rooms before Internet in the hospitality industry was the norm. Loay was part of the team that introduced inflight wireless Internet. Loay was part of the Time Warner Cable Wireless Team (then Charter Communications) that provided the first large scale Wi-Fi Passpoint deployment in the USA. He is currently contributing to building the first CBRS LTE offload network.
