Derra Banks is a first through eighth grade librarian in Woodbridge, Virginia. With over 20 years in the field of education for Prince William County Public Schools, she enjoys designing makerspace lessons that are enriched with literacy, curriculum connections and student choice. Derra has presented at local, state and national tech conferences and loves to focus her sessions on 3-D printing, design and collaboration. Derra is excited to be traveling to New Orleans and returning to FETC.
