Karen Stearns has been in the workers' compensation industry for over 20 years. Her experience began in the area of claims adjusting and went on to supervisory roles. These positions started with specialization in Florida and later migrated to Arizona, Colorado and Utah. Currently, Karen works for TriNet as a Senior WC Analyst. TriNet is a professional employer organization that provides small and medium size businesses with full-service HR solutions. Karen is the dedicated WC Analyst for the larger TriNet clients that are qualified to participate in the Risk Management Program, which are nationwide. Her role includes utilizing her extensive claims background to serve as an expert and liaison between the TriNet client and third party administrator/carrier in all 50 states. She provides oversight of the claims handling and ensures claims are moved as efficiently as possible to claim closure. This exclusive focus ultimately reduces the client's claims costs and provides an exceptional customer service experience. Karen lives with her husband and 3 children in Colorado Springs, CO.
