Sam Lisle is the Business Development Director for North America at ECI Telecom where he focuses on packet-optical networking technologies and applications. Sam holds several U.S. patents in packet-optical networking and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Iowa and a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Tech.
