David Van Winkle serves as Vice President, Operations & Maintenance for Georgia Transmission Corporation. In this position, he oversees maintenance activities for substations and transmission lines, cyber security activities, and has responsibility for the operations of GTC facilities. Mr. Van Winkle has over 30 years of experience in the transmission operations and maintenance areas. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Engineering from the University of Georgia and an MBA from Georgia State University.
