Kate Bailey is the Director of Showrooms for Ferguson, overseeing the strategic direction for Ferguson’s 270 showrooms nationwide. She has 13 years of experience in the kitchen and bath industry and a passion for innovative, beautifully designed and practical products for the home. She began her career in Ferguson’s Management Trainee Program as a new graduate of Clemson University and has since enjoyed positions in showroom sales and various management roles while growing within the organization. During her time in the showroom, she worked hand-in-hand with local architects, builders, remodelers and designers to develop creative yet functional kitchens, bathrooms, and other spaces. She most enjoyed helping clients select the right products for their project, and remained involved throughout the entire building or remodeling process. Today, she stays on the cutting edge of product trends through relationships with top plumbing, lighting and appliance manufacturers. Kate works directly with these vendors to drive showrooms sales and to showcase the best of the brands in Ferguson’s beautiful showrooms. At Ferguson, Kate is committed to constant improvement and focuses on Customer Service and Associate Development as critical drivers of continued growth. A previous Voices from the Industry presenter, Kate also speaks at various industry events and is quoted in leading industry articles as Ferguson is very active in NAHB, NARI, NKBA, ASA, ASID, IDS and is committed to supporting the industry within our local communities. With an “our showroom is your showroom” mentality, Kate insists that Ferguson showrooms serve as an extension of our trade customers’ business and focuses on providing continuing education and support to all industry partners.
