Mr. Bedini has joined the FRA in 2017 where he serves as program manager for grade crossing and trespass research as well as some aspects of train control. Before joining FRA, Mr. Bedini served as project manager for the Chicago St. Louis High Speed Rail Program under the Illinois Dept. of Transportation. Mr. Bedini has a Bachelor and Master degree in Civil Engineering, both from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign, and he is currently working on completing his PhD degree at UIUC.
