Joe is a Managing Director at inCode Consulting, the business and technology strategy consulting arm of Ericsson. His areas of expertise include go-to-market strategies for new technologies such as 5G, private networking, and MVNOs as well as working with MNOs and MSOs on their IoT technology and market strategies. He has also formed the Innovation Strategy practice in which he has designed and built a number of open-innovation centers for operators and OEMs including the recently launched IoT Studio for Ericsson in Santa Clara.
