Karthik Krishna is Senior Solutions Manager at VMware and is responsible for driving the cloud and virtualization strategy and solutions for the cable MSO segment. He has over 15 years of product marketing, solutions management, and engineering experience, including more than ten years in the cable and telco segment. Previously, Karthik was at Nokia, where he drove the product marketing and strategy for the cable business unit. He joined Nokia through its acquisition of Gainspeed, the cable technology startup that built the industry's first Distributed Access Architecture and virtualization solution, where he played vital roles in product marketing and business development. Before Gainspeed, Karthik held product management and system integration positions at ARRIS and BigBand Networks. Karthik earned a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Berkeley, California. He loves music and practices classical singing.
