Ms. Hadley, CPA/CFF, CFE became a partner with Cotton & Company in 1999 and directed a number of major audit engagements. More recently, Ms. Hadley is responsible for the firm’s litigation practice, which includes forensic accounting, investigations and the related trial, mediation and arbitration participation. Her litigation focus is related to government projects, construction claims, and projects involving fraud allegations. Ms. Hadley has qualified as an expert witness on topics such as government contracting, government and private construction, the application of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, and potential fraud. She has prepared and assessed various claims, including delay, disruption and termination claims, involving various claim calculation methods such as measured mile, total cost and lost profits.
