Phillip Carroll is a Program Manager in the Telecom Division with more than 30 years experience in the power delivery market. Phillip has worked for utilities and in a consultant role for the majority of his career. During that time he has worked on a wide range of projects in the transmission and distribution markets from planning and feasibility to design and project management. Phillip has project managed multi-million dollar projects in urban and rural environments, managing complexities of material supply chain, land services and environmental, and the challenges of labor and equipment assets. Currently Phillip is focusing on integrating technology solutions and efficiencies in power distribution opportunities to address aging infrastructure and service reliability in the utility market.
