Dennis Short, DC is originally from eastern Canada where he grew up in a small fishing village. After high school, he went to the Marine Institute where he initially studied to be a marine captain but transferred his studies to Memorial University of Newfoundland and graduated with a degree in Biology. After working for the federal government of Canada doing marine biology research for three years, he went back to school to become a chiropractor. He finished Palmer College of Chiropractic, Magna Cum Laude in 2001. After graduating, he practiced in South America then come back to America to practice with his wife, Callie. Together they created Bluegrass Chiro which now has 10 locations throughout Kentucky. He has published 2 books and has coached many Chiropractors on how to grow their business.
