Senior Director – Smart Grid Communications and Control Systems. Responsibility for engineering, developing and operating all of Oncor’s data and voice networks, control systems integration, network operations function, and the advanced metering platform. This is critical infrastructure directly contributing to the delivery of electricity to Oncor’s customers while also ensuring adherence to NERC CIP standards. I have worked in the electric utilities business for 39 years providing critical communications for voice, data and advanced metering. I have worked in different functions within the company in measurement and transmission, and also has worked outside the company for telecommunications providers.
