John Downey joined Cisco as a Broadband Network Engineer in Nov 2000 and has been an active SCTE member since 1996. His global support of DOCSIS and HFC systems has led to a vast knowledge of different architectures and troubleshooting skills. His technical articles have been widely published in various trade magazines. John and Brady Volpe also deliver a monthly podcast on “Everything DOCSIS.”
