Jeremy Richardson is a partner in the law firm of Michelman & Robinson, LLP and leads the its Intellectual Property Practice Group. Jeremy’s practice is focused on serving the juvenile products industry. Given his expertise and background in fashion law, Jeremy’s clients rely on him to advise on copyright and trademark claims and an array of contract matters. Entrepreneurs routinely retain Jeremy to protect their intellectual property, negotiate partnerships and other business structures, advise on license, distribution, retailer, manufacturer and sales representative agreements, Minimum Advertised Price Policies, and, when necessary, handle litigation. Jeremy is an Associate Member of the Juvenile Products Manufacturers’ Association.
