Bob is a General Manager in Intel’s Connected Home Division where he is responsible for strategy, technology incubation, product planning, standards, and ecosystem development. Bob also serves on the Board of Directors for the Prpl Foundation. Bob has more than 30 years of experience in the wireless and wireline communications industry building strong strategic partnerships, driving industry transformation, and delivering leadership products. Bob has held various executive leadership positions at Intel, spanning business line management, marketing, and engineering. Prior to joining Intel in 2005, Bob worked at Zarlink Semiconductor, National Semiconductor, and GTE Systems. Bob has a B.S. in Electrical & Computer Engineering, and a M.S. in Electrical Engineering with specialization in Digital Communications & Signal Processing Theory from Northeastern University.
